Happy Spring! As we begin a new season, we step into the next quarter of CPAF’s 2022 #UnitedThroughLOVE campaign – Organizing Community. How do you build relationships with and share values in your community? There is no one way of coming together to raise awareness about an issue or uniting for a common cause. Below check out some of the different ways you can become involved with the CPAF community this year.
The API Youth Forum is Back
Join us for the 7th Annual API Youth Forum hosted in person in June 2022!
The Forum is a space for youth and adults to celebrate leadership, identity, culture, communication, healthy relationships, and self-love. Share this announcement with your friends, family, and any other young adults you know, and save the date now so you don’t miss out! The day-of agenda and registration form will be announced soon. Calling All Creatives
Submissions for CPAF's second annual (maga)zine opened on March 30th! The CPAF Zine Committee is collecting writings and artwork to be published in a digital and printed collection, then distributed in communities throughout Los Angeles County.
Anyone in CPAF's community (staff, friends, board members, clients, youth participants and leaders, volunteers, interns, community partners, donors, social media followers – everyone!) is welcome to participate.
The theme, Love At The Intersections, explores how love is expressed in many different ways.

Announcing CPAF’s Gala
We are delighted to announce CPAF’s #UnitedThroughLove Gala will take place on Friday, September 9, 2022 at the Japanese American Cultural & Community Center.

Thank you, Bank of America!
In honor of Women’s History Month, local Bank of America employees hosted a donation drive throughout March for CPAF’s shelter clients. A long-time partner of CPAF, Bank of America collected and assembled 30 kits of toiletry and household items (toothpaste, shampoo, laundry detergent, and other essential needs) to help our residential clients transition from crisis to safety and healing. Thank you to all the generous employees who donated!
